Service drop off was easy and they did what was required. Their posts follow-up policy leaves a lot to be desired unlike other dealerships I keep getting messages and phone calls from them bugging me about my vehicle with advertisements. Really puts a rain cloud over what was a nice in-person experience.

They’ve been a generally ok dealership. I don’t think any are great. I bought my truck here and had a good experience. Then I took my truck here for an oil change because when I go to the honda dealership with my other car it’s usually cheaper to get an oil change there than anywhere else. My car, a 2019 Ford EcoSport, needed a complicated repair. Fortunately, it was covered by my extended warranty. Unfortunately, the first transmission they installed was a defective rebuilt, which was discovered during an oil change at another shop. Well, replacing the defective transmission with a new OEM transmission turned out to be a challenge due to the slow process of getting it approved and supplied by the parts warranty company, which shall remain nameless in this review.

Ford corporate told me I needed a software upgrade. Arlington heights Ford dug down and said no update is needed. Vail pass, Eisenhower tunnel etc in a blizzard was incredibly easy for computer controlled front wheel drive only.

I had a flat tire in early evening and needed to get towed to get fixed. I called AH Ford and spoke with the Casey (sales manager) and she let me know the dealer was about to close. She gave me instructions and pictures for the tow truck driver where to drop the car so it was safe. Mike in service also was very helpful and accommodating with our availability. Great customer service all around!
