Yesterday I took my car for a periodical service and fluid flushes. Z (Fensin) was my service advisor. He was friendly, professional and very helpful in all aspects of customer care: advised the appropriate services, provided the quote, did adjustments based on my needs and budget and provided clear and sufficient explanation of the costs.
Most importantly, all the fluid flushes were done during a period of 4 hours! Car was ready in the mid afternoon.

We had a 2020 Expedition getting service and Jazmine reached out to us asking if we would consider selling our vehicle. They had a 2026 model on lot of our exact Expedition. We feel we got good value on our trade and purchase. Jazmine was great and knowledgeable about what she does. She was driven to have us have the best customer experience. Teddy was great on the financing side as well. Highly recommend Ford and Jazmine in AH. It was a quick and efficient process.

Pleasant, helpful, courtesy staff. If they find an issue with your vehicle they call, explain the issue, and offer options. They do not proceed without confirmation and they quote you pricing up front. No surprises! Love it.
I visited this dealer to get an appraisal on my vehicle and was met by a very rude and disrespectful salesman. Upon the inspection of my vehicle, I was provided no explanation for the insulting offer other than the salesman throwing my keys down on the desk and saying his manager thinks there are transmission issues. We had a service recall to be performed. The technician came to our house and did the repair on our driveway. Much nicer that having to go the shop.

Arlington Heights Ford Service team is great especially my service advisor JB. I went in for a 10,000 mile service and had one minor issue with my grill. JB explained the whole process to me and my options, he was very courteous and professional. They also fixed my front grill problem with no issues. They are friendly, professional and prompt. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and JB along with the service team have been the best I've dealt with.
Arlington Heights Ford never fails in customer service and warranty work. They make issues easy and uneventful I would highly recommend them.

I have been having problems with my wife's Ford Escape vehicle but all the problems were handled brilliantly by Arlington Heights Ford Service Advisor John Burzawa focussing on extra care and going an extra mile to extend all possible help to avoid any inconvenience to us. Happy with my experience from start to finish. I have visited four Ford locations in the local area, and Arlington Ford hands down had the nicest staff. They also helped me get all the necessary fixes covered under warranty right before it expired, which I really appreciated. That kind of honesty and service goes a long way. I needed an emergency replacement battery for my Transi Connect on a Saturday. John Burzawa took care of me right away. He was courteous and kept me informed while I waited. I will be back for future work .
I scheduled a 40,000‑mile service for my vehicle, but before anyone even looked at my car, I was told I needed additional services “due at this mileage.” I later found out that two of those services weren’t actually necessary at this time, which meant I spent about $300 more than I should have.
I rely on dealerships to be transparent about what my car truly needs, and this experience didn’t feel honest or customer‑focused. I left disappointed and won’t be returning for future service.

The mobile service is a great offering from Ford. So convenient to have recall work done that doesn’t interrupt my schedule.
I only go to the dealership for warranty work, so I can’t comment on price, but the people at Arlington Ford are friendly. I do find it interesting that when I bring my car in for service, you can walk into the servicewriter’s area and nobody makes eye contact with you. Recently, I stood in front of three servicewriters for 2 to 4 minutes without a single one of them, asking if they can help me. Elliott was extremely helpful. The process went smoothly and he answered all of my questions.
When you book an appointment time you would expect your service to start at that time and when you get a notification saying that you have a recall, but then when you pick up your truck, they didn’t do the recall because it wasn’t ready yet for your truck. I also didn’t find this out until I picked the truck up. So some of that is probably corporate. Some of that might be this dealership.
We purchased a 2016 Chevy Equinox from Jesus at Palatine Ford and it was truly one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Jesus was easy to work with, friendly, and open to negotiations. We got the vehicle for a great price and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jesus!!
