Had work done twice now and each time it has been a pleasure. First time I needed to replace the engine due to coolant intrusion, Unfortunately Ford the company refused to help at all with that even though car only had 840000 miles on it, But dealership did work as said and at price quoted, I feel comfortable with their advice, Their mechanics did a great job! Z was my first advisor on engine replacement and he kept me informed, and Mike Waddle my 2nd and he was the same , both were great to work with.

let me know that I had a cool link and fixed it while I was under warranty I had not asked for it, though I forgot to tell him something was leaking. I was just in for an oil change if that’s all they did by the time I went back for the leak. It would’ve been out of warranty.
