They also helped me get all the necessary fixes covered under warranty right before it expired, which I really appreciated. That kind of honesty and service goes a long way. The mobile service is a great offering from Ford. So convenient to have recall work done that doesn’t interrupt my schedule.
I only go to the dealership for warranty work, so I can’t comment on price, but the people at Arlington Ford are friendly. I do find it interesting that when I bring my car in for service, you can walk into the servicewriter’s area and nobody makes eye contact with you. Recently, I stood in front of three servicewriters for 2 to 4 minutes without a single one of them, asking if they can help me. Elliott was extremely helpful. The process went smoothly and he answered all of my questions.
When you book an appointment time you would expect your service to start at that time and when you get a notification saying that you have a recall, but then when you pick up your truck, they didn’t do the recall because it wasn’t ready yet for your truck. I also didn’t find this out until I picked the truck up. So some of that is probably corporate. Some of that might be this dealership.
We purchased a 2016 Chevy Equinox from Jesus at Palatine Ford and it was truly one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Jesus was easy to work with, friendly, and open to negotiations. We got the vehicle for a great price and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jesus!!

Had a small rip in my seat within a few months of purchasing my car. Reached out to AH Ford's service dept who looked at it and had it replaced within a week. Also performed a multi-point inspection while they had it. Great team to work with and Mike was incredibly helpful.

Needed an update on my Mach e we scheduled an at home service. On the day of the service they called and said it updated on its own so home service was not needed.

Very professional and good customer service. You can tell they have a lot of experience. I would recommend they consider providing loaners as an option when cars need a longer stay . I appreciate being able to rent the car there but when you have a difficult problem to diagnose a loaner cal might make it possible for them to keep the car longer.

Routine maintenance, Oil change, Tire rotation and balancing, inspection and crank case cleaning. Was given video of mechanics inspection. Unfortunately waiting area was not well attended.
I had issues with pre collision assist system warning going off basically every day with no reason. That was making driving with adaptive cruise control impossible. Mike Waddle at Arlington Heights Ford service center made sure that issue was resolved. I was provided with loaner car. The whole experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend AH Ford service center. See Mike ! Very knowledgeable and professional.
